Cost Share Available for Irrigation Management Equipment

Cost share money has been made available by the NRD Board of Directors for assistance to producers on irrigation scheduling practices.  Contact the NRD office for more information.

2007 Annual Water Nitrate Sampling Complete

404 irrigation water samples were taken this summer throughout the District.  The areas of emphasis were Fillmore, Jefferson and Thayer Counties.  Overall, the nitrate levels were consistent with 2006.
